Dutch Dutch Go was created in 2020 by a software engineer mom with a passion to create innovative solutions. Hello, meet Nisa!.
Nisa often went on trips and tried to share expenses. But she got frustrated with the lack of tools in the market that were simple to use. She didn't like to deal with having to sign up everyone, work with confusing balances, having a limit on the number of expenses a day she could enter, and the constant nagging for upgrades.
She wanted something plain simple - as in spreadsheet simple. So, she created what is known today as DDGO.
DDGO has now expanded from its humble beginnings into a software development company. It has grown up to help thousands of people and companies worldwide!

What is so special about DDGO?
DDGO is extremely simple to use. You do not need to set up an account, and neither does your friends. You input the transactions, and DDGO shows you the results. Its that simple!
OK! I bought DDGO. Can I use it for ever?
Remember, the online version is completely free. Yes, once you purchase DDGO excel template, you can use it perpetually. However, please note that, you aren't allowed to resell, distribute or otherwise use the software than for personal use.
How do i learn more about DDGO?

What if person A only made a partial payment to person B?
Record payments using SETTLE option from person A to B with the partial amount paid.
What exactly is DDGO?
DDGO is a free online application that you can use for expense sharing, much like Splitwise. DDGO is now also available as an excel file that you can download for a nominal charge and use for ever.
How do I save transactions in online mode?
The online version does not allow you to save transactions. You should either buy DDGO at a nominal price or pledge to donate the amount to charity, which will get you a copy of DDGO for free!. Write to us (cs@ddgo.app) and learn how Nisa supports giving back!
Is the downloaded file safe?
Yes, absolutely safe! It is regularly scanned by antivirus software from major antivirus companies. Further, there are no macros to be enabled or any security exemptions to be made.
What if there are people in my group who didn't contribute?
In DDGO, you would simply create a zero dollar transaction in the Contributions table with their name
